I am a classically trained chef with more than a few years experience and I enjoy food for the pleasure of food. Cooking for me is an experience that is unmatched as an outlet for creativity.

Cooking for fun and profit: New year: Here we are in a new year and everyone is thinking about resolutions and losing weight and so on. Her is my goal for the year; to publish at least two recipes per week through all of 2012.
