Like the taste of hot wings without the mess of sauce all over your hands and mouth. Here is a great salad I created to make wings more fun.
1 pound diced Chicken
1/2 C Real mayonnaise (Not salad dressing, it is to tangy)
1/8 to 1/4 C your favorite wing sauce any heat you desire
1/3 C finely diced carrots
1/3 C finely diced celery (fibers removed)
2 Tbsp diced Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all this in a big bowl and let it sit for at least 2 hours in the refer. Serve on a sandwich or with crackers and enjoy. Start with an eighth of a cup of sauce and add more if you want it a little hotter or thinner.
